1 General
1.1 By purchasing
and/or downloading the Paperback/Ebook you acknowledge that you have read and
you agree to be bound by and comply with these Terms and Conditions.
2 Licence
2.1 Together Press
grants to you as from the date on which we accept your order a non-exclusive,
non-sub-licensable, non-transferable, limited, revocable licence to access the Ebook
on our website and download one copy of the ebook on a computer and/or device
for the sole purpose of viewing the ebook for your own personal private
use. Two downloads are available for 14 days from purchase. You may not
transfer the ebook or share the ebook with any other person.
2.2 You
shall:
(a) not copy the
whole or any part of the ebook/paperback except for personal use.
c) not modify,
amend, adapt or combine the whole or any part of the ebook/paperback with any
other software, source code or documentation other than with our written
consent.
3 Prices and Payment
3.1 The price for the books are in Australian
dollars is as set out on our website.
2.2 Payments must be made by credit/debit card or
Paypal made available by the payment processor. Download of the ebook will not
be made possible without said payment unless Together Press has made it
available to you at no cost.
2.3 Your payment will be processed by a secure
connection at the time you place your order on the relevant section of the
Website.
4 Returns
We do not offer
refunds unless the goods are faulty (eg. a misbound or misprinted book). All
goods are inspected for damage before being sent, however we are not
responsible for any damage incurred during transit.
If you have
received a damaged, or incorrect item, we will exchange it and reimburse you
for any return shipping costs.

Intellectual Property
5.1 All Intellectual Property in this Website and
the ebook/paperbacks belongs to Together Press. You have no rights to use
the Intellectual Property in this Website and/or the ebook/paperbacks except as
specifically set out in these Terms and Conditions.
6 Privacy
Policy
5.1 The information you provide for orders is only used to complete your order
and for communication regarding your order. Your privacy is important to us,
and your information is protected.
